Every month, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the USA, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
We ship from our partnered warehouses and factories located in the United States, China and other counties. So, if you buy multiple items, please expect your items to be shipped separately as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts.
Processing Time
Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging.
All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24h to 48h hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and carrier process the orders, which takes an additional 2 to 4 business days.
Shipping Time
This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.

US Shipping
US orders are shipped by USPS or e-packet, which are US Postal Services. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 4 and 14 business days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
There may be a chance that you’ll have to pay for duties and taxes in addition to your order. This is not for our account.

World Wide Shipping
World Wide orders are mostly shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse and depending on the shipping services and logistics of your country, items usually take 13 to 30 business days.
