Shipping and Returns

When you make a purchase you agree to our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

• Delivery is FREE for all orders. Even on low priced items.
• Once your product has shipped, it usually takes 5 to 14 business days in the USA. Depending on the shipping services and logistics of your country, Worldwide shipping usually takes 13 to 30 business days. For countries with limited transport (e.g. boat transport) it takes up to a maximum of 50 days. Take a look at our Shipping Policy to see how long it takes for you.
• When the 'United States' shipping option is unavailable, you can choose 'Worldwide / Standard US Shipping'. This shipping method takes longer to arrive to the USA.

 

• You can return your product up to 14 days after receiving your order.
• We only refund if items are defective or damaged, it is another product that you ordered, if your order never arrived and in some cases if the item does not match the description (our opinion is decisive). For details see our Refund Policy.
